As a history teacher with a fascination for French culture, I appreciated how the restaurant embraced sustainability, reflecting the spirit of Le premier écolabel. The proximity to Midi'n France and Wok Gourmand added an extra layer of gastronomic exploration, enriching our stay.Although the breakfast seemed lacking in variety, with slightly aged pastries, the overall dining experience surpassed our expectations. The culinary team's attention to detail and commitment to eco-friendly practices highlighted the hotel's dedication to offering guests a unique dining experience.
